Manifest a Loving Relationship

Of course you should affirm that you want to manifest a loving relationship! Do it often; use positive affirmations throughout the day and think lovingly towards yourself and others. Support the good relationships you do have already by sending your love to those you care about.

In your deepest appreciation, envision yourself loving another, and keep your focus for over 68 seconds (the law of attraction says that 17 X 4 is a very powerful momentum starter). Think of all of the most delightful qualities that this person already has, that he/she shares with you in abundance, without conditions. Isn’t it a wonderful feeling to know that you can realize an amazing relationship with just a few mental exercises and changes within yourself?

Right now, you are changing into a person that is wanting a GOOD relationship, a healthy relationship, and a loving and peaceful relationship. Don’t you think you are beautiful, special, and deserving of a partner that honors you? YES, YOU ARE A UNIQUE AND AMAZING CREATION THAT DESERVES ONLY GOOD. Are you putting that out there to others that you want good things?

IF you really want good things, then you must vibrate and align with good things. For example, if you want peace, you must be peace within yourself first–BEFORE you can have peace with others! And the same is true for love. If you are conditional with your love, or judgmental or critical, these judgments will smack you right in the face and you will see it in your family, friends, and spouse! So, if you REALLY want a loving relationship, you must first SHOW that LOVE to others. You will get back what you are putting out.

You must release your guilt from past issues you’ve had, from people who criticized you (because they made you feel “less than” when you didn’t agree with them or accommodate their crazy demands), or situations that you felt stuck in (parenting, jobs, love relationships, friendships, etc…). Every single time someone judges another, it is ONLY–and I say ONLY–about their relationship with theirselves!  When someone finds fault with another, it is because that person feels guilty from previous life experiences when someone else made him/her feel guilty, and he/she is taking that guilt to you.  You can take it or leave it.

People who can regularly praise others have good relationships with themselves.  People who judge or criticize do not.  It’s really VERY ,VERY simple.  Don’t ever allow others to have power over you, because when you change this one thing, and take your power back, you will be thrilled with the results you will begin to see in your life.  No one can “MAKE” anyone feel any particular way, so you can choose to feel good even if you don’t love every aspect of your current circumstances.

And just how can you attain real love when you may not always like what you are seeing or feeling? EASY. Change your thoughts and your beliefs to ideas that make more sense…I am going to show you how to feel good about yourself, love yourself, and be gentle with yourself so that you can grow into exactly the person you want to be.  Only you will define who you are and what you want, though, so you will become clear on every topic that is important to you over time.  Once you learn a new way to “think” about yourself and the world, you will be golden, and no one can touch you. You will have your power within you, not elsewhere.  Practicing self love and putting yourself first will help you, and you can get my free self love report here.

Whether you have been in good relationships in the past or not, it is always practical to “review” what your standards are for a potential partner.  Again, first, you MUST begin with yourself:  love, harmony, chemistry, peace, great conversations, fun, vacations, financial security, unity, health, these are all feelings and things that you can have without a partner.  So, begin by doing some of the things that you would want NOW–don’t wait for a partner to come.  You will feel and be your best when you are pursuing your own goals, and when you are living that kind of inspired life, you will more likely to attract an amazing partner that can see all of your good qualities.

And, especially, on a regular basis, affirm to yourself that:

  • I AM love.
  • I AM peace.
  • I AM harmony.
  • I am good.
  • All is well.
  • Everything is always working out for me.
  • I am successful.
  • I am following my bliss and living an inspired life.
  • I am thankful for all I do have (friends, family, money, success, etc…) and I am happy and eager about what is coming.
  • I am surrounded by love.  The most important love I can feel is God’s love, which is unconditional.  I am supported and feel support in all areas of my life.  I have many good relationships which nurture me as well.

Realize that finding yourself takes time, and you deserve all the time you need to really know who you are, before you get involved in a relationship.  Many young people don’t realize that they don’t know who they are, then they start dating someone and end up giving up so much of their own spirit to keep the other person happy.  These bright lights don’t yet understand that they were meant to have their own lives, but alongside another person, sharing.

The best relationship is one of acceptance.  When both people accept the other for who they are, neither would ever think of changing the other person to meet their own needs.  The opposite , subtle, and non-accepting characteristic, which most people have to some degree, is actually violent, because it says that, “I only like you when you do what I want.”  It shows up in relationships all the time:  “I only love you when you can pay the bills.” “I like you when you have dinner ready.” “I don’t like you when you argue with me.”

And love isn’t that.

Find out what love is to you by really being quiet and finding those qualities you want most. Feel them and spend time enjoying some creative visualization, because that feels really good.  No one has ever walked in your shoes, but everyone can probably relate to you, so don’t go around complaining that you don’t have this love yet; The more you focus on having a good life for yourself, the more amazing people will find you, and you will have CHOICES of many good ones.

Much love!  I believe in you!

Manifesting Your Desires Using LOA

My second blog post on my LOA site, enjoy and comment if you are inspired!

Law of Attraction And More

Telling the Universe exactly what you want, in a clear and concise way, is such an important step in manifesting your desires using LOA, or the law of attraction.  If you had every single thing you wanted, and also knew without question, that you could easily manifest any future things you wanted, you wouldn’t want anyone else’s help or opinions about life, but I would suppose that there are a few areas of your life that you do want improvement in?

So, let me start by saying that only your own opinion does matter, and that you should only look within yourself for the answers you are seeking.  And, that focusing on the areas of your life that you want to see a change can be good, IF you can focus your thoughts into feeling like the results you actually want…for example, if you want to have more money flowing

Law of Attraction and Forgiveness

Law of Attraction And More

I have been taking a lot of time lately to think about this process of using the law of attraction and forgiveness.  Using the LOA, I am incorporating forgiveness into my life with relative ease.  Years past, this never would have happened!  And, now that I’m older, wiser, and more loving, I am enjoying this amazing process to just feel good, regardless of my past with certain people or situations.

Have you ever known that someone has done you wrong and dwell on it, solely thinking about how the other person has so many faults?  I have.  I know this is the kind of mindset that will literally kill a person.  Feeling blame, having guilt, wishing to have done things differently and not appreciating yourself, getting angry, frustrated, resentful all the time…these are the negative emotions–life suckers–that grate on a person over time.  Instead of ever resolving a situation or…

Positive Affirmations for Type 1 Diabetics or Type 2 Diabetics

In the spirit of the law of attraction, I try to use very general positive affirmations to improve my overall health and type 1 diabetes.  Because this is a sensitive topic for me, as it probably would be with anyone, I have learned over time to just try to be as happy as I can, live in the moment, and enjoy life.

In the book, You Can Heal Your Life, Louise Hay says that diabetes is caused by not realizing the sweetness in life, which I take to mean as not living in the moment, or by complaining and therefore, not praising what good things ARE abundantly available.

So, here are some things to remind yourself if you would like to heal from either type of diabetes, remembering that you must EXPECT IT, DESIRE IT, AND BELIEVE THAT IT WILL HAPPEN.  If you have limiting beliefs in any of these three topics, you will not achieve your goal. But, if you really expect to heal, you desire it greatly, and then also believe that it will happen (as it has for so many of BOTH types) then it will–as long as you don’t offer a lot of resistance around healing.

“I am happy with where I am at, and I am choosing healthier thoughts and feelings every day.  I am on a really interesting journey, learning about myself, my body, and how my thoughts and feelings create my physical reality.  I know that I am connected to my higher power, and I can easily access the most loving and appreciative thoughts.  I continue to grow each day into the person I wish to be…”

“Every day, I love finding lots of things I appreciate and love about myself, and I’m going to spend some time just thinking about those things now…(do this on your own but keep it general)…I love how I’ve overcome lots of obstacles only to find success, I appreciate how good I feel outside and in nature.  I so enjoy looking at the trees and flowers, and seeing animals.  They always make me feel so good.  I love the smell of the ocean, the smell of forests, the feeling of sitting under a tree on a warm day, and the crisp autumn air.  I love knowing that my appreciation helps me feel good, but also helps anyone who notices it as well.”

“I know that my current physical conditions (whatever they may be) are temporary, and that feeling better and thinking better comes easily to me.  My life force is strong, and flows easily, just like breathing air, in and out.  Just like drinking pure water, I am filled with the divine presence, I know the feeling of the divine because whenever I feel appreciative, I am on the highest vibration, the one of love.  The more I love and appreciate myself and others, I am there!  I am ready to allow more good into my life.  I am ready to consistently and happily allow fun, freedom, and joy into my experience.”

“I know that all of the cells of my body know what to do.  Each day for a while, I’m going to get up and find good things to notice and be thankful for.  As I praise each of these things or people, I grow stronger and stronger in every way.  I praise all of the abundance in my life, not just one area.  I praise myself, my family, friends, community, health, job, home, car, bank accounts, money, opportunities, so that I realize the true nature of each and grow in each topic. I praise my past, my present, my future, and I send love to all of them.”

“I praise all that IS working right within my body.  I praise my back, my legs, my arms, my hands, my feet, my organs, my heart, my lungs, my skin, my hearing, my eyesight, my hair, my everything.  I appreciate how my body easily takes care of my needs, breathing, pumping blood, elimination, reproduction, digestion, thinking…etc…It feels good to be in this body.  It feels good to move, to walk, run, sit, stand, or whatever I need.  I am so happy and appreciative that I can move the way I do in my body.”

“I praise all that I drink and eat before I consume my food.  I am in a happy place before I eat, so that my body receives all the good it deserves.  I am thankful about the pure water I am so fortunate to have, and for the delicious food that is made with love and filled with goodness.  I am thankful to eat in solitude or to enjoy a meal with friends or family or others. All is well.  All is well. All is well.  Every day, and in every way, I am getting better and better.”

“I completely trust that I am wellness and that I am always moving into more wellness.  I know that source has my back and I just have to feel good,  and not resist so much.  I know it’s easy to pivot into a better feeling thought when I need to.  Now that I understand how to focus, I am easily allowing my highest good to flow into me.  As I feel better, I’ll know the next step I should take.  I don’t have to know everything right now, but I know I will be inspired as I move toward wellness.  It’s just like driving a car, I get in it, and if I go west, I know I could get to California. Source is guiding me, and I am listening.  Source is loving me and I accept it. Source is appreciating me and my expansion, and I am happy to expand as well.”

Specifically, if you are a type 2 diabetic, you may want to just leave diabetes out of the equation altogether, and just enjoy life, focusing on improving your overall happiness level. When you do this, you will see you will need less medication, and will likely be able to get off of medications. Improve your own self-image by praising the wonderful and unique person you are, focusing on your gifts and how you love to bring them to the world.

Now, please realize that diabetes is not just about food or medication!  It is completely and totally about loving yourself, and finding things to praise, rather than criticize.  Forgive yourself and others.  Be more unconditional.  Get inspired to help a cause or just be kind one moment at a time.  Your overall health depends on it, as more relaxed people are allowing the stream of wellness to flow easily than uptight people (who are resisting change or life).

Practice your own positive affirmations and and know that you are love, you are peace, you are abundance.  Come back and share which affirmations for diabetics are working for you so that others can reach their true potential as well!

Much love!

Weight Loss Affirmations

Would using weight loss affirmations make your dream of being slim a reality?  Take some time to make your emotional journey into your belief system about your weight (be honest) and then change your belief system.  You may or may not need to eat differently though!

Ok, now I have to be honest.  I’ve never struggled with weight problems.  I grew up with a fast metabolism and was always super slim.  And then, I had kids.  After my first at age 28, I lost most of the 58 pounds I’d gained being pregnant, but I couldn’t get below 130 pounds back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 112 (I’m only 5’2″).  I set my goal of losing weight, but I didn’t focus on how much, I just wanted to feel better about myself, so I kept on exercising and eating slightly differently until I found the right mix for me.

I mentally just kept on telling myself that I would find the solution though!  And, that I would know what to do as I kept on asking for the answers, and that the “signs” would be there. And, so that is what turned out to be true for me.  I became vegetarian at the time, not to lose weight, but just to try a healthier lifestyle, and that really helped me to lose weight. NOT because it’s a truth that a vegetarian somehow eats less calories than a meat eater, but ONLY because this was the solution that somehow fit the bill for my request to lose the weight.

What I realize about changing anything about self, is that we have to love and appreciate ourselves all the time, instead of constantly judging ourselves.  Haven’t you had enough of feeling like you aren’t good enough?  This is especially true with weight, because so many people feel lousy when they set a goal and then the goal isn’t reached.  Instead of using judgmental phrases like, “I’m not fitting in my clothes,” “I feel fat,” “I don’t have any energy because I ate too much,” “I can’t seem to lose any weight,” “I used to be fit,” it would be far better to just happily accept yourself where you are at.  You might be comforted to know you are in exactly the right place right now, and that you are asking for a change in yourself because you feel ready NOW.  Just keep enjoying your right now as much as you can, because this will give you the power to make your future good.

Using any of these phrases means that you have given up your power, so it is time to take your power back.  Every single thing that happens to us is a direct reflection of the thoughts we are thinking about ourselves, and therefore our belief systems.  Get rid of your mental clutter by replacing the power sucking phrases with good positive affirmations about weight loss.  When you have a real confidence in general, you wouldn’t even need to try to lose weight, it would just happen as a result of your confidence.

Here are what I view as the best weight loss affirmations that are general and likely to make you feel good all the time:

  • I love knowing that every day, in every way, I am getting better and better.
  • I love being passionate about a few important things, and I pursue these hobbies with zest.
  • I love expanding my consciousness so that I feel connected to my source often.
  • I love appreciating myself and all of my successes.
  • I love knowing that I make a difference in the world.
  • I appreciate my family, friends, ancestors, coworkers, community for all the joy they bring my life.
  • I am getting more and more thrilled to begin each day, and get inspired to do something fun.
  • I am energetic and I love feeling healthy.
  • I have vitality, focus, and clarity on all topics.
  • I focus my attention so that I feel good about myself regularly and consistently.

Remember the times that you have felt thin, and try to find the feelings that went with it. Eventually, you will find that the good feelings you have about yourself will be more than 50% of the time, and that is when you can start losing weight effectively, as long as you let go of resistant thoughts about it.

And, here are a few more specific ones that may also help with weight loss, but only if it feels good saying them:

  • I feel slim when I drink water.  (I have heard Esther Hicks say that all people should drink enormous amounts of water, because it is life-giving, but that we should also bless our food and drink to give it a vibration of appreciation and love.  This gives us better health.)
  • I love the feeling of shopping for clothes that I feel good in.
  • I know that as I get inspired to eat, I am being guided to which foods are right for me.
  • I am thrilled that I have this opportunity to fulfill my wishes.
  • I know that anything I believe, I can achieve; I am expecting great things from myself and know that they are coming.

And, of course, you can do anything you create in your mind, as long as you really believe it’s possible for you.  I believe in you, and want you to know that there is an endless stream of abundance that is flowing all the time to you; when you realize lots of positive things about yourself, you are able to tap into this stream.  Cheers to your abundance, health, and happiness!  Much love.
